How do we do it

We make sense of the organisation as a whole together with the client about what is really going on in the organisation.  When we observe the way how the work in the organization is done, we can see if the focus is really on the shared task, or are the workers busy with dynamics that keep them ‘safe’ in which they may avoid being close to others – which may result in less focus on the quality of the relationship AND work results.

Stages in our work

We co-create and develop interventions based on this system understanding- without guessing, bias and predetermined views.
  • Make sense of our client’s current realities: Where are we now? Where do we come from?
  • Understanding the client’s desired and/ or emerging future(s): What are our client’s cultural, leadership and change strategies?
  • Map the path: What are our client’s pathways in navigating these strategies?
  • Embed the new way: Working together with our clients to sustain the change through coaching and consultation.
